Jack Adler is the author of a novella, Penance, published by Cantarabooks, and five novels: Parthian Retreat, Seres Sanctuary, and Parthian Karma, a historical trilogy; and two contemporary novels, Blackmail High and Ditzy and Champion.

Gary Beck is a theatre director of the classics and new plays. His translations of Moliere, Aristophanes and Sophocles, as well as his own plays, have been extensively produced Off-Broadway.

Evan’s fiction has previously been published in The Chicago Quarterly Review. She earned an MA in Creative Writing at Hollins University. A former advertising copywriter in New York and Boston, she now lives in Philadelphia.

Peter is a Hamilton, New Jersey, based writer. His poetry has been published in Lady Churchill’s Rosebud Wristlet and The Journal of New Jersey Poets. His short story, “Reunion Tour”, was published in Cantaraville One.

With a BS in Arts and Sciences and a BFA in Art, Linda has written a ten-week course in color history which she has taught at UC Riverside. Her story, “The Fella Across the Hall”, appeared in Cantaraville One.

Anne Goodwin lives in Nottinghamshire, England. Her short fiction has appeared in Pen Pusher and QWF Magazine, and anthologies of the Sid Chapman short story competition, where she took first prize in 2005/6 and third in 2007.

John Grey is an Australian-born poet, playwright and musician. His latest book is “What Else Is There?” from Main Street Rag. He has been published recently in The English Journal, The Pedestal, Pearl, and The Journal of the American Medical Association.

Saurabh Gupta is currently a MFA (Fiction) student at Texas State University. He has worked with Tim O’Brien, Denis Johnson, Dagoberto Glib, Tom Grimes, and Debra Monroe. He is also the web editor for The Front Porch Journal.

Stephen is a flm and television director (Paris Trout, Waterland, Twin Peaks) as well as an accomplished poet and novelist. His poetry collection, Claptrap, was published by Cantarabooks in 2006.

Kathryn iis a freelance writer/editor and senior editor at Rose & Thorn Literary Ezine. Her completed novels include I Am Virginia Kate, The Unexpected Places, and The Affliction of Sweetie.

Randy Nelson, a professor of English at Davidson College, North Carolina, received the Flannery O’Connor Award for Short Fiction for his short story collection, The Imaginary Lives of Mechanical Men (U Georgia Press, 2006) in which “Breaker” appeared.

Susan O’Doherty’s writinghas been featured in Literary Mama, Word Riot, Style & Sense, Phoebe, and other publications. Her book, Getting Unstuck Without Coming Unglued: A Woman’s Guide to Unlocking Creativity, was published by Seal Press in June 2007.

A resident of New York's Lower East Side, Armand is currently working on a fictional memoir that revolves around the journey of a beatnik bicycle messenger beginning on the morning of 9/11 and continuing through the 2004 Republican National Convention.

Greg Schreur currently teaches English and history in Grand Rapids. He has had non-fiction appear, or scheduled to appear, in Rock & Sling, The Storyteller, and Teaching Tolerance. This is his first published short story.

Theodore Irvin Silar's short story, “Lady Grace’s Revels”, was chosen by novelist Ruth Downie to be published in Solander.

Leora's first novel, Edges, was picked by The Bloomsbury Review’s 25th Anniversary Issue as a “Favorite Book of the Last 25 Years”. A feature film based on Edges is forthcoming from Triboro Films.

Bob's novel, Where the Wind Blew, will soon be published by the Wessex Collective. He has appeared on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered as a guest commentator, and his columns have appeared in The Kansas City Star.

Ray Succre currently lives on the southern Oregon coast with his wife and baby son. He has been published in Aesthetica, BlazeVox and Pank, as well as in numerous others across many countries. His novel Tatterdemalion (Cauliay Publishing) is forthcoming.

Villanueva is an award-winning Kentucky author and poet. His forthcoming publications include The Binnacle, GlassFire Anthology, and 1097 Magazine.

G.K. Wuori is the author of over 60 stories published throughout the world. A Pushcart Prize winner and recipient of an Illinois Arts Council Fellowship, his story collection, Nude in Tub, was a New Voices nominee by The Quality Paperback Book Club.
